In the past two days I have had the most extraordinary experiences. I have had unexpected phone chats, virtual visits
and other serendipitous goings on. In this time of physically being isolated from
one another, will you notice the little things that we miss with our everyday
routine? Will you take the time to notice the subtle and not so subtle changes
within yourself? Does this time of isolation give you anxiety or will you take
this time to heal, contemplate, and create?
In one of those
unexpected conversations, I was told that in this time of dread and fear my
posts were uplifting and full of love. It was suggested that I should use this
time to expand my influence. This validated another suggestion that I should lead
by example and inspire others to live their lives as fully as possible even in
a time of quarantine. So, I sat down and thought of ways to help others find
joy in a not so joyful time on the planet. One of those ideas was the acronym
for the word L.O.V.E.
L. Live
O. Outstanding
V.
Victorious
E. Experience
We will
unpack and explore the possibilities of each part of this and I will show you
how each letter/word can raise the quality of your life exponentially.
I know that
life as we knew it has changed and for most of us it will never be the same
again. Resisting the changes that are coming will only serve to make your experience
more painful. I am not suggesting that we all just cower to the powers that be.
What I am suggesting is that we take some time to re-evaluate our own personal rules,
values, and needs. No one is perfect. Everyone can make improvements, even if
they are small adjustments.
