Lifting the veil of oppression requires courage, determination, and Love. Love of self, Love for the others who may be affected by the choices you have made that have brought you to this place of unwanted control, and Love for those who are in the misguided illusion that they are in control. Whether or not you realize this, YOU have been enabling them to hold your power for you. You have been disabling them from holding their soul essence in a place of priority creating an imbalance between personal respect and the feeling of significance. One of the basic needs of any being is certainty. Certainty of Love, personal safety, personal power, and acceptance. None of these can be fully attained from the outside world until they have been secured within the self. You innately know that you are Children of the Universe, that Creator energy flows through all of you infinitely and eternally. You are born with this knowledge and then through the experiences that occur in life, you forget how magnificent you truly are.

Returning to your God self is not as complicated as you make it. Go back, see who you were when you came into this Earth plane. You will see a Divine being perfect in every way. That is your true essence, your soul energy, your magnificence, your divinity, that is who you are, have been, and always will be.

Choices

When the choices that we make interfere with our ability to experience a phenomenal life, we only have to listen to our inner voice, that which guides us, to make wiser choices that open us up to creating a magnificent life.

Who am I?

I am NOT ok! This is the hardest lesson I have had to learn. I asked for this. I kept saying, “it’s all ok”, when it wasn’t! Nothing is anywhere near ok about anything in my life right now.

This lesson is not about being a victim, it is about surrendering to God, the Creator, the higher power greater than me. If I am to be a co-creator, I must be able to surrender to the creative process without judgment. This experience is neither good or bad, right or wrong, dark or light, black or white. It just is. It is perfect in every way. It feels really awful at the moment, but it’s not bad or wrong it’s exactly what is needed at this precise moment; everything and nothing all at the same time, balance in its most Divine form.

I am God’s servant, and a partner in his work. It doesn’t matter what words I use to express who my higher power is. What does matter is that I surrender to it completely. Vengence is not mine it is God’s and only God’s. Judgment is not mine, it too is for God only, but love, forgiveness, trust, acceptance, and peace are mine to find within myself and for myself.

Who am I? I am a Child of God, a Child of the Universe. I am one microscopic particle amongst billions and billions of these particles, and I am one in the same with all of them. I AM LOVE.

There are moments when being unattached feels right, this is the majority of my linear experience, and then there are moments like these…

My heart beats out of my chest and I become that little girl who is without her family, in a land far from her place of birth, who feels separated from everything she is familiar with and can’t see past the fear of being alone. In this moment no amount of self talk will calm this wounded child.

It is in a split second of the invasion of this doubt, this exercise of the ego, that the warrior becomes apparent and the frightened child is comforted and can rest.

This intense breakdown of all that I have known is indeed necessary for the immense restructuring of my life. If I said I was unafraid I would be telling an untruth. If I said I want to stop the process, again I would not be telling the truth. If I told you that every second brings exhilaration and curiosity in their most potent forms, I would be sharing with you my most heartfelt expression of appreciation, excitement, and trust in God I have ever been blessed with.

Soulmate or Twin Flame?

There is a common misconception that we can only have one true soulmate and that this is the person we will marry and live with for all of our adult lives. In reality, there are many whom we encounter in this life, such as dear friends, family members, and lovers, who can all be construed as soulmates and not all of these relationships will be blissful or lifelong. Beyond uniting with a Soulmate lies the union of the Twin Flame or Twin Soul. Additionally, the Universe in all of it’s Divine wisdom, will always send us more than one option to choose from during the course of each lifetime . This is so we can exercise our free will, and assure our emotional and spiritual evolution .

Karmic Soulmates ~ These are the most common Soulmate. These are the Souls who have shared at least one previous incarnation together that concluded without resolving their “issues”. They meet up with each other again in a subsequent lifetime with the intent of working on any past lessons. These Soulmates are trying to rectify karmic debt they may have accumulated so they may have closure and move on. This type of relationship tends to be turbulent and can even acquire more karmic debt than it resolves. This is especially true if the participating Souls have not come to Love and accept themselves for who and what they truly are, Children of God.

Companion Soulmates ~ are those Souls that we pre-choose to establish a profoundly loving, fulfilling and enduring union with; to teach to, learn from, grow with, and be partners with for a lengthy duration - even a lifetime. This type of relationship is very comfortable, respectful, honest, supportive, affectionate, loving, and secure.

Soulmate Cusp ~ is when a couple teeters on the edge of becoming Karmic Soulmates or Companion Soulmates, but cannot really be classified as either one until certain events have transpired because no definitive pre-chosen spiritual goal was made. This in actuality is a “transitional” phase. Therefore, the term "Soulmate Cusp" indicates that in the end, the relationship could go either way.

Twin Soul or Twin Flame ~ This phenomena occurs when a singular spirit divides into two halves, the Divine Feminine and the Divine Masculine, at its inception by Source. Twin Flames, when partnered with Source/God, can have a profound effect on the world around them. When unified with the Divine energies of the Universe their union is almost always a union of service. Romance only serves as a distraction for this union.

There are Twin Soul/Flame unions that have endeavoured to step into the romantic realm.When this does occur, the relationship can be a challenge if there is an imbalance of self awareness on the human plane. If the Twin Flames are in complete balance a romantic relationship can be one of complete and utter passion and bliss.

Keep in mind, that you are exactly where you are supposed to be, that you are Loved, Protected, and Provided for unconditionally by the One who created you, and that all is in Divine time and perfect order.

A Message From Your Soul

I am dying. Every time I am in the presence of the lower vibrational frequencies of anger, impatience, disrespect, jealousy, contempt, to name just a few, I die a little more.I need Love, just Love; Because Love encompasses all of the higher vibrational frequencies that are necessary for me to thrive. There is no other food, action, or behaviour that is required to sustain me. For Love, is the energy of the Creator; The basis for the I AM presence in all of us.

The Weather and You

The occurrence of the equinox together with the severe weather that has been affecting Australia is no co-incidence. The energy of the equinox is that of change. A time for going inside and letting go of the old patterns and beliefs that have bound you to the old energies. These energies are lower in vibrational frequency than where you are at now. At each and every equinox there is a shift, a re-alignment. This is how Mother Earth and her Galactic neighbours clean house.

There are many of you who have been experiencing the condition of feeling un-well. This too is a clearing. This clearing is of the physical body, ridding it of energy and circumstances that do not serve you anymore. This also is a stimulation of systems that need to be awakened to sustain your human vehicle for the higher vibrating energies that have now reached Earth and it general population. No longer are the Lightworkers the only ones to be affected. The Children of the Light are no longer holding the energy for the masses. You, each and every one of you, are now totally responsible for your own vibration, your own choices. These forms of un-wellness will dissipate with the release of the resistance you are carrying. It is not the plan for you to continue to experience discomfort. It is the plan, for you to be joyful and in complete peace and comfort. This occurs as you continue to raise your personal vibration and release the old energies that do not compliment you anymore.

The winds, rain and drought, are all cyclical events that cleanse and purify Mother Earth. Yes, we do implore you to assist her in the healing that imminently needs to occur. But we assure you that healing is occurring with or without your assistance. These events are also physical manifestations of the cleansing of the energies of the population of Gaia. As the powerful wind presses through your area, it is sweeping your environment, your energetic fields clean. The coating of Earth that has come across the Lower sections of Australia is acting as a grounding process. These areas have become saturated with denser energies that will now be removed and rebirthed as positive energy for the healing of man and Mother Earth. It will also assist those who have chosen to leave this plane to do so. This is not to be feared. It is all part of the Divine plan that each and every one of you chose before you were born to this planet.

There is no co-incidence in the colours that were seen during the dust storms that have occurred over the lower portions of Australia. The colours of the lower chakras were brought to your attention, as these are the areas in most need of cleansing and balance. Doing meditation and grounding exercises will be most helpful now. Refining your dietary intake will also assist you at this time. More live foods, less or no caffeine, higher protein from vegetables, will not only stimulate your immune system, but will assist you in healing your physical bodies. Many of you have been experiencing neurological discomforts. Such as, tingling in your extremities, muscular tension, and elevated stress levels. Increasing your B vitamin intake will help these “symptoms” to subside, as will the grounding exercises we have already discussed. Also, resting and getting at least 8 hours of sleep a night is very important.

We see how much work you have been doing on yourselves and we want you to know that we are assisting you with all that you need to complete this ascension period as always. You are exactly where you are in perfect and Divine order. There is no need or room for fear or doubt. You are being Loved, Protected, and Provided for unconditionally, by the One who created you. You are Amazing!

Listening to Your Inner Voice

Listening to that inner voice, which is your intuition, or your God voice, is so important especially now. The energy shifts that are occurring as quickly as they are now are proof that you are merging into the 4th and 5th dimensions. Here you will be able to use your intuition to guide you through these changes into your new lives and eventually it will be the source of your highest form of communication. When you "sense" that innate knowing of what a person, place or situation, "feels" like, you are being guided by your higher selves. If you follow this you will never be lead astray. As children you are all born with these innate gifts. Some of you lose sight of them; while others continue to develop and refine them. It is coming to a time where these innate skill sets will be required to survive. The Lightworkers, Wayshowers, Sages, etc. are all at the leading edge of creating new communities that the new societies will be built upon.

It is at this unique moment in time when you are being asked at the highest levels to initiate your higher levels of thought and communication; to seek out your innate gifts and step into your purpose. Children of God, each and everyone seek the Light within you and all around you. You are the reflection of your Creator, Great Spirit God. Let the Love of the One,your Creator shine brilliantly in all that you do.

One by one you are creating change. One by one you are standing side by side to build what they have broken down. One by one, hand in hand, you are sending out the message they don’t want you to send. One by one you are stronger than ever. One by one you will never have to stand alone. One by one the walls are coming down. One by one the shackles are being broken. One by one you are accepting the magnificence of YOU. One by one you are receiving. One by one you are giving. One by one, you are using you voices to sing to the Heavens. We hear all of you, and we say CONTINUE, YOU ARE AMAZING!

Under the Stars

I want Love like I have had before. The Love I had with you. I want to be in your arms. I want to taste your lips. I want to feel you so close that we melt into one another. I want my heart to beat as one with yours. I see in your eyes the Love of many lifetimes, can you see the same in mine? I know that when I look up into the night sky that I now see the same stars as you do. I ache at the mention of your name. This ache is more than I can take now. The last time you held me, you promised you would find your way back to me. I am right here. Turn around and see me. See my heart. Can we walk this path together? Can we teach what we have learned to others, under the Lights that we have left behind for awhile? We both are longing for the same thing, connection. We can start with us. We can reconnect, and Home won’t feel so far away.

Letting Go of Resistance

Resisting the inevitable creates distortion in your personal vibrational frequency, a lack of focus in your purpose, and can result in physical and emotional pain. It is not our objective to observe you go through any un-necessary dis-comfort. It IS our desire to assist you in creating the life your heart truly desires.

If you break down what resistance really is, it is the ego, or the mind, taking control over the heart. It is the process of the thinking mind controlling the feeling heart. If you listen to the way you feel about a person, place, situation, or thing, you will find that any situation concerning these subjects can easily be sorted through and resolved in a Loving and peaceful way. This is true for personal and business relationships, as well as relations between cities, states, countries, and governments. This may sound very Light and easy, and we say Yes it is. Dramas, disagreements, arguments and wars are all manifestations of the egos involved, certainly not the heart spaces of those who are deliberating such things. When Presidents, and Prime Ministers, teachers and students, parents and children, and husbands and wives come together, and speak their truth from their heart, the outcome is beneficial to all parties involved. This is what this time of Ascension is all about. During this learning time you are raising the vibration of yourselves and your beautiful and amazing planet. There are some who are choosing to leave rather then make the necessary adjustments in their ways of being. Each one of you is solely responsible for your own Ascension. That is not to say that we are not here to assist you. Because, as we have stated in previous messages, as Children of God, you are held in the palm of the hand of the One who created you; and there you are Loved, Protected, and Provided for unconditionally and in Divine order. Hello Brilliant Stars it is time to come together and move beyond the limitations of your 3 dimensional linear existence. Many of you have accessed the higher vibrational frequencies of Universal Light. This has resulted in many forms of change in your lives and the lives of those around you. Some of you may know these changes as “Ascension Symptoms”. These “symptoms” range from emotional transformation and physical sensations, to those of you having a large shift in abundance and many of you have experienced quite a few souls around you choosing to depart at this time. As you, the Lightworkers, on Planet Earth, strive to raise the consciousness of humanity; you are raising the vibrational frequencies far and wide across your beautiful Gaia. This work that you are doing is greatly appreciated and many wonderful expressions of Love and Gratitude are coming to you from your Universal Light Source, Great Spirit, God, Creator of All. There are so many of you that have chosen to partake in this miraculous transformation, The Company of Heaven wishes to thank you. On the 9^th of the 9^th of 2009 we are sending a great surge of Light Energy to you. This influx of Light is to replenish the reserves that you have been relying on as you have stretched yourselves, some beyond your limit. We see many of you reaching a physical boundary. In your humanness, there are physical limitations still present at this time. These are not to be feared or thought of to be permanent. With the elevation of the frequencies on your planet, your genetic/DNA structures are changing. For some of you this has already started to occur, thus the physical discomfort that some of you have experienced. This will pass. As the energies become held steadfast in your planets heart center so will they be held in the heart center of humanity. Yes, you will see a great uprising to attempt to stifle the changes that are occurring on planet Earth, but with so many of you, already standing in the Light, there will be many to follow your lead and an overall restructuring will occur. You have come so far and we will be there to continue the journey with you. Seek Love in its purest form. Live from a place of Love that is centered in your heart space. BREATHE

When faced with the consequences of the choices of other souls it may seem overwhelming. This is a result of the desire to hold on to control over your circumstances, an egoic state of mind. The energy that is imposed upon you by the results of their choices may not necessarily resonate with your vibrational frequency at that time. We ask that you become the observer in these times. Be the watcher not the watched. Remember, that emotion equates to energy in motion. In resisting the natural flow of life there are blockages that occur, leading to that energy losing its motion; creating dis-stress, and the lowering of your personal vibration. This can have various physical manifestations, such as mental stress and physical dis-ease.

If you find yourself at the point of feeling as though you can handle no more, let go. Give it back to Universe, because in reality it never really was yours to handle. Source energy, Universe, Great Spirit, God, is always there to assist you in all of your endeavours, challenges, and achievements. You are never alone. And most of all remember to BREATHE.

ADHD, ASD, or Indigo/Crystalline Beings? The New Generation of Children on Earth

With the continuing evolution of the human species, and we are evolving, the incidence of ADHD, ASD, and food intolerances, among other anomalies, have greatly increased. The children who are coming into this world are coming into a 3 dimensional linear existence that is bridging into the 4^th and 5^th dimensions at an accelerated rate. They are arriving here on planet Earth with a very different level of consciousness, and a higher vibrational frequency than did their parents and grandparents. They are more highly evolved and have a finer physical constitution. We are seeing more and more children being labeled as having behavioural problems, learning dis-orders, and physical dis-abilities. Is it that the incidence of these manifestations are truly increasing, or are we just more aware of them? If they are indeed on the rise, it is up to us as their parents and caretakers to find out what is causing these challenges for our children and create a more Loving and nurturing space for them to exist in.

The disconnect that is observed in these children may be exacerbated by environmental factors such as foods, chemicals in their living space, medicines, and pollution of this amazing planet. Whatever the cause of their dis-stress may be, the effect is on the entire family. With the resulting stress, more and more, children are being shut out, and closed off; giving them a sense that they are not valued and this causes them to shut down and tune out. These children need to feel as though they are accepted and loved unconditionally, just as any other child would. The use of aromatherapy to relieve stress in their environment is a subtle and natural way of balancing the energy. Infusing the air with Essential Oils such as Lavender or burning Cedar wood, Sandalwood and Orange Blossom incense calms and soothes stress and agitation. Sound has a definite effect on concentration and stress levels. Using ambient music to soften the tone of the space around your home will assist you child with being able to stay centered and in a more peaceful state. Also, the sound of water fountains has proven to have a calming effect. Using a small water fountain in their bedroom will enhance relaxation and encourage more restful sleep. Whether they exhibit physical dis-ability or have mental or emotional challenges, these children can be very creative. Given the opportunity to use their innate abilities to connect to their creative self, their expression of who they truly are becomes apparent. This type of expression must be encouraged and replace the negative attention that is given to the behaviours that are distracting. By encouraging and empowering our children, we are creating a world that is full of possibilities not only for them, but for all generations here on Earth.

Humanity, as a species, in its continuing pursuit to grow and become more aware of who and what we really are, is raising the personal vibrational frequencies thus elevating the vibration of the planet. With the elevation of these frequencies, these very special children will be able to be whom and what they truly are without fear or judgment.

We have chosen to come into this life as their parents and caretakers; we must do the best we can for them. Our children are our future and they have much to teach us.

It is time for us to leave this plane,to accept that we are more than our flesh and bone, that in the concept of the third dimension we can no longer exist. To stay here is resistance, and resistance in this physical plane will end the earthly prescence. For we have chosen to be the guiding Light on this Earth bound presentation and here we are to guide those who are asking for assistance with ascending. It is not ours to question who will ascend it is only ours to see that all who are ready to ascend and ask for assistance we do assist. We are the Divine incarnate. It is through this physical vehicle that you have chosen to do this work and in this vehicle you must see a temple of Light. It is being reconstructed to perform at the highest vibrational frequency possible to radiate the Divine light/lifeforce needed to complete the ascension process. Yes, you are the vehicle, Yes, you are the embodiment of who you call God. Yes, you are the created and creator in one. Yes ,you are Divine. The “I am” in you is the “I am” you seek. What is within is without, and what is without is within. Yes, you are a blessing of Universal Light and Love. Blessed are you and all who perceive you. Yes, you are Light. Yes you are Love, Yes.

I am free to be all that I chose to be in this lifetime. Nothing can hold me back from completing the necessary steps that will manifest my soul’s desired outcome. Inspiration comes in many forms and from many sources. Each and every day you create inspiring experiences to assist you in creating the life you are desiring. You may find inspiration in watching Nature unfold before your eyes. You may find inspiration in the words of another being. You may find inspiration in witnessing the random acts of kindness around you. All of these sources of inspiration are related to the higher vibrational frequencies of your existence. Inspiration can also be found in situations that are not what you would generally consider pleasant. When you find yourself in a challenging situation, what about that situation can you draw from, learn from, be inspired to exact change from? This is how you create a life that is based on finding the inspiration, the Joy in all events. It is not to say that you will never experience what you call pain. This “feeling” is a reminder to you to seek the knowledge that can be accessed by this experience. And when you can “see” the underlying message, or life lesson, find first the gratitude for the experience, then the Appreciation for it, and then move to the position of being the observer of your experience and see and feel the inspiration that has been made available to you. You are Children of God, blessed Creators, divine beings, who are just where your should be at just the right time. Love yourselves as you are Loved by your Creator.

The relationship between you and your happiness is exactly that...you and your happiness. No one else is responsible for your happiness other than you, and "happiness" can be relative to your current circumstances. No other outside energy can create it and no other outside energy can take it away. You create your own experiences, your reality is your own creation. You are amazing creators. Create the life your HEART truly desires by finding the Joy in every experience. Finding your bliss is right there at your fingertips, you just have to be clear on what you really want and then go about creating it. Love and Light to you all.

In this financial structure if we, the Lightworkers, allow the 96% of all of the financial wealth to be made by those who do not have peace in their hearts we deny ourselves the chance to fulfill our purpose. I do not particularly subscribe to the components of this financial process but I know that we cannot not be as effective in creating change from our living rooms as we can by infiltrating the wealth of the planet. We can create peace and harmony on this amazing planet by creating a system based on "Living from within".

The Wonder of Gaia

As I sit in the wonder of this beautiful land, I feel the love from Mother Earth and Father Sky. They tell me that no matter how small I feel in the grand scheme of things, that every part of me is a part of them, and all at once the awesome energy of all the Grandfather Creator’s energies I am within.

Today is a blessed day. For all eternity, today changes are made. From this day forward there is no fear. The path has been cleared for the success of the wanderer.

At the Beginning...

When starting a journey you must have a starting point, a place or space that you begin from. For some, this is a place that is likened to rock bottom, where there is no other way except “up”. That was where I began my spiritual journey. I experienced what they call a complete “shift” in my energy, my well-being, my life in general. I have gratitude in my heart now where there was fear, pain and guilt. I am on a path to physical well-being after many years of mental, emotional and physical degeneration. I am sharing this with the world so that those out there who are just beginning their journey or who are feeling like they don’t know where to start; can find solace in knowing that they are not alone. When they see where I have come from, where I am now, and where I am going, they will know beyond a shadow of a doubt ; that all things are possible and all things can be healed.

This will be an ongoing blog intermingled with channelled writings and other inspirational quotes. My purpose for writing this blog is to inspire and empower all of the magnificent Souls who are drawn to this space.

The Ego and the Mind Versus the Heart and Soul

What is it that drives us to distraction? Ego, the mind, lack of faith and determination in succeeding in fulfilling our soul's purpose? Take a deep breath and as you are releasing the breath release what ever comes into your mind at that precise moment. Life is full of little distractions. These are caused by the mind and ego to keep your Heart and Soul in control.

Be not what you think you should be, be exactly who you are. Be true to yourself and others, be your authentic self. You are amazing!

"Why do I feel so disconnected...???"

There are many of you who have been asking the question, “Why do I feel so disconnected, so lost?”

In these times of accelerated learning on the spiritual and energetic levels, in your human existence, there are times when you will reach a certain level before those in your close proximity. And therefore, you will not resonate congruently with those who are not on the same path or who are, but who have not yet accessed the same vibrational frequencies that you have acquired. Also, you will find that there is a “dying” of the old layers of your energetic self. Circumstances and associations that once served you will no longer “feel” right. There is no blame, just acceptance of who you have been, who you are now and who you are becoming.

We wish to say Thank you to you for excepting, with faith, that you are unconditionally Loved, Protected and Provided for. You are held in the palm of the hand of the One who created you and there NOTHING can harm you. So we say, let go of your fear. For fear is not of the same vibrational frequency as Love. And you cannot live completely in Love if you have fear.

Know that all things occur in Divine time, and you are exactly where you should be in your ever expanding Universe, but most of all, know that as a Child of God, you are Loved without condition.

Love is eternal, Love transcends all space and time, Love never forgets, Love sees the hearts true essence, Love is unconditional, Love sees no reason to blame or hold a grudge, Love is sacred energy that needs not form, Love is all there really is.

Reaching the point where you look at your life in the present, “being the observer”, can be inspiring and confronting at the same time. Just when I think I have reached the level I desire, I see that there is so much more I want and can achieve. I am not just speaking about manifesting financial wealth; I am speaking of truly making changes in my life so as to be able to be the change in the world around me. I have found myself of late speaking to so many different beings about what they truly desire, what would make their lives congruent with their soul choices, what would assist them with moving forward and letting go.
In the events of the last few weeks, I have encountered many who have come to this place in their journey here on this beautiful planet Earth. So many of us have reached a new plateau in our evolvement and have been significantly challenged as a result. These challenges are the impetus for increased and ever growing change. Believing that we have stepped into our “new shoes” is not enough. We must all continue to learn and grow in every aspect of this linear existence to acquire the necessary knowledge to be the change as well as the observer.

As a very young child, her mother and grandmother both recognized that Constance was gifted. She was a precious little girl with knowledge of things way beyond the scope of her life experience. Now, as a fourth generation Intuitive Healer, Constance offers empowerment and support to assist one's who wish to create the life they truly desire through spiritual, emotional, and physical wellbeing. At the age of 9, she was becoming more aware of her gifts. Having visions and “seeing” events beyond the present, made for a very interesting childhood. She first warned her father of an incident that would take place on his way home from work. She gave him the exact location and from which direction the other vehicle would come from. Unfortunately for him, he did not heed the advice and consequently the incident did occur just as she had predicted. The only words he could utter to her the next time he saw here were, “I will never doubt you again.”Her journey continued throughout her life and brought her here to Australia. When arriving in Australia, doctors told her she would be in a wheel chair within 6 months. With determination and faith she put herself at ease and began self healing and sharing her gifts with others. Her focus is on empowering people to create the life they truly desire by assisting them with developing the skill sets they need through Spiritual Healing and Physical Energetic Healing. It is through Intuitive Messaging, Reiki, Crystal Healing, Chakra Balancing and most importantly the impetus of the one seeking the healing, that makes this possible for her clients.Today, she is married to a fine gentleman, has a beautiful daughter, is fully active and participating in life, and serving her purpose as an Intuitive, Shamanic Healer & Reiki Practitioner.
